Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to our rigorous quality control standards and the fragile nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. In the rare occasion that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please email Support@QNTMbio.com for assistance. Our customer support representatives are standing by to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with our product quality, customer support, and delivery. Cancellations must be requested by email before the order shipment has shipped. Once the order has shipped you may not cancel your order. Please contact us at Support@QNTMbio.com with any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order. We will do our absolute best to assist you as quickly and satisfactorily as possible. No refunds/replacements are given without original product being returned. We are committed to delivering high-quality products. Due to the nature of our perishable products, we have a specific return policy in place to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Refund/Replacement Eligibility for Perishable Products

Perishable products are non-returnable once shipped. This is to ensure the safety, freshness, and integrity of all products provided to our customers. However, we do understand that situations may arise where returns or refunds may be necessary. Below are the conditions under which we will consider refunds:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require photographic evidence of the damage to process your claim. If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability.

Incorrect Item Received: If you received the wrong item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent, or issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable.

Product Not as Described: If the product you received does not match the description on our website, please reach out to us within 7 days. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering refunds or exchanges.

Non-Eligible Refund/Replacement Reasons

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Change of mind after product shipment.
Orders placed incorrectly (please double-check your order before completing your purchase).
Products that have been opened or used.
Products returned outside of the specified time frame.
