Refund & Returns Policy

At Quantum Peptides, we stand behind the quality of every batch. Because our products are sensitive, single-use research materials, we are unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we will make it right — the details are below.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled by emailing Support@QNTMbio.com before the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

Because our products are sensitive research materials, they cannot be returned once shipped. We will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases, provided you contact us within 7 days of delivery:

• Damaged or defective — If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photographic evidence of the damage. If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund based on availability.
• Incorrect item — If you received the wrong product, we will send the correct item, or issue a full refund if it is unavailable.
• Not as described — If the product does not match its description on our website, we will work with you to resolve it with a refund or replacement.

Not Eligible

We are unable to offer a refund or replacement for:

• Change of mind after the order has shipped
• Orders placed incorrectly (please review your order before completing checkout)
• Products that have been opened or used
• Claims made outside the 7-day window

How to File a Claim

1. Email Support@QNTMbio.com with your order number.
2. Include a brief description of the issue and clear photos, if applicable.
3. We will review and respond within 3 business days to resolve it.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us first at Support@QNTMbio.com — we will work quickly to resolve it. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before reaching out only delays resolution. Unwarranted chargebacks on orders delivered as described may be contested using our transaction and delivery records and may result in suspension of future ordering.
